We have many years of experience in the auto and atv machining and remanufacturing engines.
We also have years of experience in shipping rebuilt engines across the nation and the world, and with providing our customers with a simple, safe platform of returning their core with little to hardly no work involved.
THE CORE EXCHANGE
The way to place an order and to do a core exchange with us, works in the matter of us sending you a custom invoice for your custom machine, once we agree on what package you would like, after payment is made.
We send you our remanufactured core First, then you have a few weeks to swap over all accessories covers Etc. (There may be a refundable core fee attached to your final invoice, depending on how you would like to work it out with us, there are a few options for that.)
When we receive your core, we will inspect it for any major damage we find.

- Bad crank replacement fee = $300
- Bad block cases replacement fee = $300
- Bad head fee = $300
We charge according to how much damage we find, and we fully document the damage and castings according to your invoice and share this with you.

Entire engine is fully processed and multi-step deep cleaned with our strong cabinet washer and detailed cleaning along with our pressure washing system, our shop is fitted with high PSI extreme pressure blower systems to ensure all debris is removed from all critical areas such as ALL Oil Gallies.
All machined and rebuilt, assembled in-house.
This Full Rebuild package includes following:
- Better Than Stock Pistons With Upgraded anodized coatings and stronger ringlands
- Stronger Piston rings
- Stronger Wrist Pins
- Upgraded Bearings with true bearing chart fitment
- New Main Bearings
- New Rod Bearings
- New Balancer Shaft Bearings
- Rebuild and clean oil pump
- New MLS Head gasket with other gaskets and seals
All heads are checked for trueness and surfaced or planed if necessary. Complete multi-angle valve job with race spec valve lash. All valves, guides and seats are checked and replaced if needed.
- New High Temp Valve Stem Seals
- New timing chain and oil pump chain, timing guides are replaced if needed
- New mechanical tensioner installed
- Engine timed
- Multi-Step thorough In-house inspection
*Please note that all of our engines come BARE as you see on our listings, you must strip down your core as so in order to get it ready for shipping using our technique.

We use UPS Ground for these long blocks so we can basically ship anywhere you need at the same price.
Lead time for these are typically 2-3 weeks depending on availability on parts, shipping times on parts and our demand on jobs.
Ground shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
